[For Yuuko, plain old storebought items didn't seem like they would be enough for the holiday season. Lance has spent hours in the kitchen mixing up various concoctions to make up a nice box for his bestest momfriend. Courtesy of Blue Lion Apothecary™, there's a few little items for Yuuko to use in the bath like a body scrub, some bath fizzies, and a face mask. There's even a rainbow body butter thrown in for good measure because dry skin is a sin against man in Lance's eyes.

Never one to leave well enough alone, Lance also tosses in a silky bathrobe, a heating cap that doubles as a regular shower cap, and a scented candle because who doesn't like aromatherapy?]

[Christmas gifts aren't really Shoto's forte but he was determined to at least try given he had met since his arrival here that he counted as a friend.

Which is why, on Christmas Eve, Yuuko will find herself receiving a small parcel via Pidgey Post from the young man, the box neatly wrapped with a card on top that has the following message inside--]

I hope you have a wonderful holiday and that you enjoy this dessert in the spirit of the holiday.

[Beep beep, it's the Ponyta Express! With a gift for Yuuko!]

[It is, in fact, a scarf, mitten, cap set. Sort of like this, but modeled after the Alolan Vulpix. In fact, it's made with shed fur from said Vulpix! Just for better insulation. The tag even has the name of the pokemon who donated her extra fur.]

A Sensu Oricorio comes bringing a small package for Yuuko on Christmas day. Inside is a muffler painstakingly knit in the shape of a Dewgong. It’s long, flowing tail drapes beautifully when thrown over one’s shoulder. Along with the scarf is a Christmas card where Kazuki had somehow managed to wrangle most of his Pokemon into one picture. The message is simple: Merry Christmas

I was, a little. Takeshi and I have known each other since we were kids, but we didn't actually start going out until high school. I think we were both worried about what would happen if we took our relationship further.

Yeah, that's definitely something to be concerned about.

I think we were in the same boat. Not wanting to mess up what we already had.

It is scary to think about what might happen if something goes wrong...but really, the only thing you can both do is try and hope for the best.

A lot of people worry about that kind of thing, from what I've seen. My teammates were in the same situation, recently. So I guess you just have to hope your friendship's strong enough to ... get through it. If it's a bad outcome.
